Celiac Disease and eating gluten free has been a part of my life for almost two decades. In 2016, I was also diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. After taking such good care of myself, I was surprised to learn my new symptoms had a real source. I have spent the last few years dealing with Fibromyalgia and learning to cope with its debilitating symptoms.
Dealing with fibromyalgia is not for the faint of heart. Specifically, the many symptoms are a daily struggle. From the constant pain and migraines to the eyesight issues and memory loss, it takes more than rest and pain killers to keep my head above water. In light of that, any idea that helps me feel better is worth writing about.
In addition, since fibromyalgia is not completely understood, I write about changes or research from the medical community when I find something interesting.
